I don't want to use my credit card online, can I mail a check?
Yes, we understand your concern. Please call customer service for shipping and order totals. You may then mail check with contact information (phone and email addresses) and written order to the address listed above. This payment method will add an additional 1-2 weeks to the order process. All orders will be returned to sender without proper contact information enclosed.

I made an error on my order, what can I do?
Please call customer service at 800-542-9053 and send an send customer service an email with a detailed description of the error, please include your name and phone number for contact. Customer service hours are M-F, 8am-5pm EST, please leave a voice message if prompted when calling after hours to address this error.

I am ordering my merchandise today, when should I expect it to deliver?
All items are produced on demand, the approximate production time is 2-3 weeks, please also for allow for ground shipping.

I want my merchandise in 2 weeks or less is that possible?
Yes. Contact customer service to discuss expedited order options and charges. Please note all items are subject to availability and change without notice.

I ordered 2 different items, I received 1 today, where is my other item?
All items ship directly from its manufacturers, so each item is shipped separately. If 3 or more days pass after you receive your first item please contact customer service.
